Pentart Deluxe Paste is a water based paste with a creamy consistency. It delicately sparkles and helps you achieve a metallic look. It is easy to use and can be applied with a sponge or sponge brush. The surface will have a metallic look to it with a bit of a rough touch but if you wish you can sand it.
