Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Atelier Vintage Vert. If something isn’t right, please contact us — we’re here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & France)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@vintagevert.com, clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

  • We do not refund original shipping charges.

Your refund will include the value of the goods returned (minus delivery fees) and will be processed via your original payment method once we receive and inspect the items.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Paint and paint-related products (as they are perishable once opened)

  • Used or partially consumed candles

  • Custom orders or personalised items

  • Gift cards and sale items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.

3. Returns Procedure

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return for any reason.
Email info@vintagevert.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Email info@vintagevert.com with photos and details within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the unwanted item once approved, then place a new order for the item you would like instead.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (minus shipping).
Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
