Shipping policy

We ship worldwide and aim to send out items as soon as possible after your payment has cleared, usually within 3-5 days.  We ask that you source your paint from your nearest stockist. 

Before finalising your purchase please ensure that all shipping information is correct. It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct shipping information, if you make an error the cost to re-send your order will be your responsibility.  

Each Item will be very carefully packed and shipped, I use recycled packing materials where possible.  All items are shipped via the french postal service if you require tracking on your package please contact us to arrange this.

Shipping in France takes around 3 working days, Europe takes between 5 and 8 days and Rest of World between 5 and 15 days.  At times packages can be delayed by circumstances out of our control.  We will retain proof of shipping but cannot accept responsibility for packages that are delayed or lost.  If in the unlikely event your package is lost we will endeavour to help find it by contacting the French postal service. 

If you fail to pick up your package from your local post office or depot it will be returned to France.  Any return shipping will be your responsibility.  If at this point you decide you would like a refund, we will refund the cost of the item minus a 25% restocking fee.  The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please note that a refund will only be given if the item is returned to us in the original condition
