Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after payment has cleared — usually within 3 to 5 working days.
Please note that paint and paint-related products are not shipped internationally. All other items, including candles, décor, and creative supplies, can be sent worldwide.
Shipping Details
All orders are sent tracked via La Poste (French Postal Service) for your peace of mind.
If you would prefer an alternative carrier such as Mondial Relay, please contact us before placing your order to arrange this option.
Before confirming your purchase, please ensure all delivery information is correct.
If you provide incorrect or incomplete details, any cost to re-send your order will be your responsibility.
Each item is carefully packed — we reuse or recycle packaging materials wherever possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or postal delays beyond our control.
We always retain proof of shipping and tracking information but cannot accept responsibility for delays once a parcel has left our atelier.
Lost or Unclaimed Parcels
If your parcel is lost, we will assist you by contacting La Poste to help locate it.
If you fail to collect your parcel from your local post office or depot and it is returned to France, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
If you prefer a refund instead, we will refund the item cost minus a 25% restocking fee once the goods are returned in their original condition.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
