About the workshop
Once you start exploring stamps, you quickly realise just how far they can go. This full-day creative workshop is designed to take you beyond simple prints and into the many ways stamps can be used across furniture, fabric, clay, and decorative surfaces.
Throughout the day, we explore stamping as a versatile creative tool, mixing and matching designs, layering colours and textures, and combining paint, ink, and clay to create beautifully dimensional effects in a relaxed atelier setting. It’s a day that balances focused learning with time to experiment, enjoy the process, and see ideas take shape.

This workshop is ideal if you are curious about stamping and want to see its full creative potential. It suits complete beginners who want to explore and play, as well as those already familiar with stamps who feel ready to push techniques further and apply them to furniture, upcycling, and decorative projects.

- How to create your own stamped découpage papers
- How to stamp into clay, fabric, furniture, and harder surfaces
- How to mix custom ink colours for unique effects
- A small selection of finished pieces, reference examples, and the confidence to apply these techniques to your own projects at home
How the day runs
The day is hands-on and exploratory, with demonstrations followed by guided experimentation. You will have time to test combinations, develop ideas, and work through techniques with support throughout the day. Additional demonstrations and ideas are shared as the day progresses, allowing space for curiosity, conversation, and creative discovery.
