Belsnickel by Iron Orchid Designs is a limited edition Christmas mould with enormous charm and character. The large figure is a grand and imposing Father Christmas in a long robe decorated with olive branches, carrying a lantern - a figure of warmth and quiet authority. The middle figure carries a full Christmas tree over his shoulder, his coat richly textured with fur trim throughout. The small figure stands in a tall pointed hat, his long robe beautifully embroidered with reindeer and geometric patterns, holding a bell. Every figure has a beautifully rendered face, fine surface detail and a character entirely its own.
The three plaques - Joie, Noel and Yule - are a wonderful touch, perfect for adding a seasonal word to any project and particularly appealing for French speaking customers who will delight in finding Joie and Noel in the collection.
This limited edition mould measures 6" x 10" (15.2cm x 25.4cm) and is food safe, oven safe to 218°C / 425°F and BPA free. It features MicroRims™ for cleaner castings, Measure Marks™ showing both weight and volume, and Stack and Sort™ edge labels for tidy storage. Compatible with most casting mediums. When using resin a mould release spray is recommended to prolong the life of the mould.
Use with air dry clay or resin to create pieces that can be painted, antiqued and displayed year after year. The mould is also food safe and oven safe - perfect for creating festive chocolates and biscuits.
